Holiday Season Rate

                             Only rent Compound (La Casita & El Nido) 

                 Accomodates a maxium of 7 ( 4 adults & 3 children/youth)

                                           Nightly rate $325 (4 adults) plus 3%                                                                  Mexican Hacienda Tax

                     An additional child/youth (maximum 3) at $15 nightly

                                            for each child/youth 

RESERVATIONS

DEPOSITS

Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of 50%  of the total cost.  The full balance, plus a $350 USD refundable damage deposit are due two weeks prior to arrival.  The damage deposit will be refunded less cost of damage repair and telephone charges after your stay is completed and the property is inspected.

CANCELLATIONS

If a cancellation is made 6 weeks (42 days) or more prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be returned.  If a cancellation is made less than six weeks prior to arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.  In either case, we will make every effort to accommodate you at a later date and apply your unrefunded deposit to the rental cost less a 10% processing fee.
