Casa Porvenir's beach house casita is available six months of the year, November through May. However, special arrangements can be made for rental June through September.
Two adults and one older child/youth maximum.

Reservations and Deposits: The minimum number of days for which Casa Porvenir may be reserved is seven, ordinarily Friday or Saturday afternoon through Friday Saturday morning. Exceptions may be may be made based on availability. Reservations can be made by either email or telephone.
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of the total cost. All rates include maid service except Sundays, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
The full balance, plus a $350 USD damage deposit to cover damage and telephone charges, is due two weeks prior to arrival. The damage deposit will be refunded less cost of damage repair and telephone charges after your stay is completed and the property is inspected.

If a cancellation is made 6 weeks (42 days) or more prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be returned. If a cancellation is made less than six weeks prior to arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. In either case, we will make every effort to accommodate you at a later date and apply your unrefunded deposit to the rental cost. less a 10% processing fee.
